How does the team learn? From single-loop to triple-loop.
Measurement instrument 4 · The Development Gauge
The Development Gauge records per Team Pitstop where the team stands in single-loop, double-loop, and triple-loop learning. You can see it: you do not have to believe it. The gauge is for the trainer-coach, as a sheet for the Team Pitstop.
⏱ 3 minutes3 observation questions→ loop and next step
One question per loop: seen or not seen. At “seen” you describe the moment: what did you see, when. Only what you can point to counts; the examples under each question help with recognizing it.
You set a loop to “seen” without a description of the moment. Describe what you saw and when, or set the loop to “not seen”.
