Privacy policy
Last updated: October 2026. This is a translation of the Dutch privacy policy; in case of doubt, the Dutch version prevails.
Vraagstukstudio.nl is a website of Vraagstuk Studio BV, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 77779959, at Hof van Welleveld 22, Duiven, the Netherlands. This policy describes which personal data this website processes, why, and which rights you have.
Which data is processed
- Tools (reflection tools and measurement instruments). If you want to receive your result at the end of a tool, you fill in your name, e-mail address, and phone number and you give consent for the use described below. Together with your answers, your scores, and your outcome, these are stored and delivered by e-mail to Vraagstuk Studio BV. Optionally you fill in a team code; with the measurement instruments this includes the measurement moment (baseline, interim, or final). If you arrive via a link from a certified partner of Vraagstuk Studio, the partner code from that link is sent along. Scores from team measurements are reported at team level only and are never input for assessing people; a team picture contains no individual scores.
- Book material request. If you request the CSP template or the interrelationship diagram, we process your name, e-mail address, phone number, and, optionally, the name of your partner or trainer-coach.
- Practice environment and exams. If you create an account for the practice environment of the training program, we process your name, e-mail address, password (encrypted), the chosen program, and your exam results. We use those results for certification and share them only with you and, if you take part through a partner, with that partner.
- Exploratory conversation and enrollment. If you request an exploratory conversation or enroll in the training program, we process the data you provide yourself: name, e-mail address, phone number, and the content of your message.
The website uses no advertising cookies and no third-party tracking pixels.
What the data is used for
- Sending your result. You receive your outcome by e-mail, so you can read it back.
- Preparing a conversation. If you request an exploratory conversation or facilitation, we use your outcome to prepare that conversation. A certified partner of Vraagstuk Studio who facilitates you receives your data and contacts you; in that conversation you agree how the contact continues.
- Team analysis. If you fill in a team code, your scores are combined with those of your teammates into a team picture for the person who initiated the measurement. That team picture contains averages and spread, never individual scores. With a baseline, interim, and final measurement, the team pictures are compared with one another.
- Research and publications. We use anonymized scores and outcomes (without name, e-mail address, phone number, team code, or organization) to improve the method and the tools and for articles and research about teams. No person, team, or organization can ever be traced from such publications.
The legal basis for 1 and 2 is the performance of what you request; for 3 and 4 it is your consent, which you give when filling in and can withdraw at any time. Your data is not sold. You receive no newsletter or other mailings unless you ask for them yourself.
Processors and storage
- WordPress.com (Automattic) hosts this website and the forms (WPForms). Submissions are stored in the website’s database.
- Google Workspace (business account of Vraagstuk Studio, data storage in the EU) for the spreadsheet in which submissions are kept for team analysis and research.
- The e-mail service that sends the result e-mails and the business mailbox where submissions arrive.
- formsubmit.co is used only as a backup channel when the form on a page is temporarily unavailable; the service delivers the content by e-mail and keeps it no longer than needed for delivery.
Data processing agreements have been concluded with these parties, or their standard terms for data processing apply. Certified partners of Vraagstuk Studio who receive data from their own participants are responsible for that themselves and are bound to the same agreements through the partner agreement.
Retention period
Name, e-mail address, and phone number attached to tool results are kept for at most twelve months after the last contact and then deleted. The scores and outcomes are then kept in anonymized form for research. Team pictures are kept as long as the facilitation program they belong to runs, and anonymized afterward. Messages and requests are kept as long as needed for the contact, and at most two years after the last contact. Accounts for the practice environment are deleted two years after the last login; certification results we keep as long as the certificate is valid.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to withdraw your consent, and to object to processing. To do so, send a message to info@vraagstukstudio.nl. You receive a reply within four weeks. If you are not satisfied with how it is handled, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) or the supervisory authority in your own country.
