The exploratory conversation
Forty-five minutes, online or on site, in English or Dutch. Looking for facilitation for your team or organization? Then preferably first choose a partner at For teams and organizations and get in touch through that partner. Considering the partnership? Then fill in the form.

Enroll in the training program
The program consists of separate parts: VGW Basics (three days), Practitioner certification (practice period of six to eight weeks with your own team), working with Metis, and VGW Professional. In-house by mutual arrangement, in English or Dutch; open enrollment four times a year, with an English-speaking group available on request. After enrolling you receive the confirmation with the information sheet, the book, and the workbook, and access to the practice environment. Read about the training program.
