Work with the method and Metis for your own clients, under your own business.
As a certified partner you work from your own business with your own clients, with Metis and under the name Vraagstuk Studio. Your clients remain your clients; your hours remain yours. What you gain is the foundation you cannot build on your own: a fully developed method with a book to carry it, Metis as AI colleague, certification that makes your quality demonstrable, and material to walk your own client through what it involves.
How the start goes
- Exploratory conversation. About your practice and whether this is a fit.
- Demonstration. You see Metis at work on a case from your own practice.
- Training. Up to and including part D, VGW Professional, the gateway to working independently with Metis for a client of your own. If you do not hold that level yet, you start in collaboration with a partner who already does.
- Your first client. In the beginning we give a demonstration together, so your client sees for themselves how it works.
Your role with the client
If your client has taken out a Metis subscription, you use Metis yourself during the sessions you facilitate, and you equip your client’s internal people to run sessions with Metis independently as well. The Metis subscription runs through you, and use grows with what the client can handle itself. If your client has no Metis subscription, you facilitate with the method, without Metis.
Three income streams

Your material as a trainer-coach
| Training program | Five separate parts: VGW Basics (three days), Practitioner certification (practice period with your own team), working with Metis (for teams, and for facilitators), and VGW Professional, the gateway to the partnership. |
| Practice environment | Practice questions per chapter with immediate feedback, unlimited, across all fifteen chapters of the book. Protected with a password you receive when you enroll in the program. |
| Mock exam | Two mock exams of forty questions in the form of the real exam, in the same practice environment. The theory exam itself you sit on day 3 of the program on the exam page, with a participant code from the examiner. |
| Measurement instruments | The Behavior Tally, the Team Scan, the Issue Tracker, and the Development Gauge. The measurements belong to the trainer-coach: you use them with your own client for baseline, interim, and effect measurement, and you may offer them on your own website as part of your own services. |
| Handbook | With the development card (single-loop, double-loop, triple-loop) and the description of the measurement instruments. You receive it at certification. |
| Book material | The CSP template and the Team Pulse with the interrelationship diagram (A3). |
| Acquisition | A ready-to-copy web page for your own site, and the book and workbook for your client conversations. The method and Metis on this site are written to be read by your client. |
Where we stand now
Vraagstuk Studio is a young proposition with the first partners on board. What exists is a method from more than 500 team sessions in Dutch long-term care, a book, a complete training curriculum, and a working studio. What does not exist yet are stacks of partner cases; we are building those now, together with the first partners. Partners outside the Netherlands are welcome: the method, the book, the training program, and Metis are available in English.
